First experiences with laparoscopic nephrectomy in children

The authors present a group of four laparoscopic nephrectomies in children, provided since August 1997 to May 1998. Multicystic dysplasia was indication in all cases. Duration of operations is from hundred to hundred twenty minutes and stay in hospital from five to seven days.
