Short stricture of bulbar urethra, recidiving after endoscopic treatment, is an indication to resective urethroplasty. Adequate liberation of urethra is required. One from opportunities to interrupt of spongiofibrotic process is a simple end to end anastomosis of healthy urethral ends. Resective urethroplasty has less complications than other types of urethroplasty because of not using transferred tissue in this operation. Authors evaluate advantages of this operation on own group of patients.
