Operative treatment of posttraumatic distract urethral deffects

Authors refer own experiences with solution of post-traumatic distract urethral deffects by bulboprostatic anastomosis. This disease invalidize patients and is completely resistent to conservative or endoscopic treatment. Against this fact open operation by simple anastomosis resolve patient's problems with high success.
