Enterocutaneous fistula - complication of percutaneous extraction of concrementand mode of it

Percutaneous extraction of concrement (PCNL) together with extracorporal lithotrypsy (ESWL) are modern methods of treatment of urolithiasis. Percutaneous extractions of concrement is miniinvasive endoscopic operation. One of serious complications is enterocutaneous fistula. Current paper is case report about this form of fistula successfully treated by conservative approach (wide-spectral antibiotics, total parenteral nutrition).
