Authors describe the group of 10 patients in age from 43 to 71 years, undergoing the stress incontinence treatment with rehabilitation using biofeedback at Urology Department in Olomouc during the 1998 year. 1st and 2nd types of incontinence according to Ingelmann - Sundberg classification and according also to McGuire were treated. Three women underwent an unsuccessful Gittes' correction years ago. A complete examination, including gynaecological and neurological ones, was provided in all patients before starting the treatment. The complaints were objectified by Gaudens' questionnaire, miction diary and urodynamic evaluation. The rehabilitation training of pelvic bottom started with Kegel's exercises in all patients and the practice was checked by biofeedback. The length of cycle was 8 weeks. Three women became continent during two months, another three reported progressive subjective improvements; one patient mentioned only slight changes in ways of complaints improvement. Another two did not mention any change of their incontinence status; one woman interrupted the training.
