Inflammatory complication of an urachus cyst is not a frequent pathological unit. It mostly will occur as a surprisingly complicated progress imitating an extensive oncoge-nous disease or as an acute abdominal incidence. Then the operating surgeon is faced with a difficult problem to decide on an optimum solution. The authors describe three cases of inflammatory complication in urachus cyst and the procedure they selected to be applied.
