4 cases of automutilation of external genitals

4 cases of automutilation of external genitals are described in this case report. It is rare injury and more than one half cases are psychopathic patients. In 3 cases injury was performed in the period of psychical decompensation. Replantation was not performed in any case because amputated part was degradated during transport or was left on site. Patients do not regret their act even in the remission of their psychiatric disease. The fourth case is a mild mutilation where small spherical bodies were implanted subcutaneously to the penis and patient visited medical doctor because of pain later on.
