Praecancerosis In their contribution, the authors deal with a relatively omitted and complicated disorder cystitis cystica (CC), let us say cystitis glandularis (CG), which is a inflammatory disorder of urothel and bladder submucosa, presenting by its cystic rebuilding. The cystic change of urothel and submucosa can happen on all layers of urinary tract : urinary bladder (cystitis cystica), ureter (ureteritis cystica), renal pelvis (pyelitis cystica) and rarely in urethra (urethritis cystica). The authors present a case report of a 51 - year - old patient with histologically verified CC and they are absorbed in thoughts about causes, diagnosis and possible treatment of this disorder.
