Secondary tumours of scrotum organs are rare, almost unique findings. We present the casuistics of the patients examined for swelling of right scrotum. There was proved the stomach cancer metastasis to the capsules of testicle and epididymis, the primary tumour was inoperable and generalized in peritoneal cavity. According to literary data it is mostly the pulmonar, prostate and gastrointestinal tract cancers which metastasize to the scrotal organs. The patients with pulmonar, prostate or GIT cancer anamnesis are at increased risk of metastasis development in scrotum, therefore it is necessary to consider the possibility of this event and in case of any suspicion indicate detailed examination.
