We demonstrate two case reports of less common cause of dysuria in women. In the first case report the cause of patient's problem was leiomyoma in the urethrovaginal septum, which resulted in dyspareunia, pain in hypo-gastrium and intermittent micturition difficulties. We removed this pathological formation by open operation in general anaesthesia from section in vaginal introitus. In the second case report we found incrustated stitch in urinary bladder in woman investigated for urgency and recurrent urinary infections. The stitch was removed in general anaesthesia during endoscopy by the endoscopic forceps.
