Even nowadays some men inject fluid or semifluid materials into the subcutaneous tissue of the penis for penile augmentation. Vaseline, paraffin and other materials are used. In our case report we present two patients who injected boric unguent into the subcutaneous tissue of the penis with subsequent abscess formation resulting in the need for repeated surgery.
