Cystic papillary renal carcinoma imitating the organized haematoma in the cyst

We demonstrate problems in clinical and morphological diagnosis of renal papillary cell carcinoma on the case of 24 years old patient, who had a blunt trauma of lumbar region due to an vehicle accident. Clinical findings were impressive of an organized haematoma in renal cyst. Histological examination revealed cystic degeneration of renal papillary carcinoma.
