The ways of use of videourodynamic investigastion in the analysis of VLPP

The authors report of a technical innovation destined for routine investigation of urodynamic methods, originating from the observation of urine leak from urethra. They used the videourodynamic inlet of the apparatus and they connected it with standard endoscopic optical device with a cammera, which enables a very precise scanning of urethral ostium synchronically with pressure curve of intravesical and intrabdominal pressures and EMG. The leak of urine can be analysed from the recording of the urodynamic protocol.
