Jedná-li se o kostní a mozkové metastázy, mohou tyto z�stat mnohdy nerozpoznány, nebo� scintigrafie skeletu a CT mozku jsou dle platných Doporu�ených postup� Evropské urologické spo- le�nosti indikované pouze p�i klinické suspekci na jejich p�ítomnost.
