130 ORIGINÁLNÍ PRÁCE Ces Urol 2019; 23(2): 124–130 ZÁVĚR Rektoanastomotická píštěl po LRP je závaž‑ nou komplikací vyžadující z našeho pohledu časnou derivaci močových cest i střeva. Za těch‑ to podmínek je někdy možné spontánní zhoje‑ ní. Uzávěr píštěle perineální cestou je náročná a dlouhotrvající operace, která ale vede k de‑ finitivnímu vyřešení stavu.
