Leiomyoma of the urinary bladder as an incidental finding during ultrasonography examination of a pregnant patient

In this article we present a case of a 32 year old pregnant woman with an incidental finding of a leiomyoma of the urinary bladder. After histopathological examination confirmed benign characteristics of the tumor, its surgical excision was performed during elective Caesarian section.
